Conversion

Capability to retrofit all mechanical pumps with state of the art digital pumps at about 1/5th the cost  Existing electronic heads can also be replaced for minimal costs.

Ease of installation

The series 502 pump head can be installed with little or no previous installation knowledge.  A typical system can be installed within 1 to 1.5 hours.  An electrician would be required to supply power to the system.

Communication

A typical response time of one second from the pump to the console is acheived through wireless communication on the existing AC power to the pumps.  Credit/Debit cards are compatible for use with any or all pumps on the site.

Displays

Standard displays for Dollar Amount and Volume are 0.7” high.  The optional display is 1.0” high.  The price display is standard at 0.5” high.

Price

Multilevel pricing can be set remotely, from the console or locally, at the pumps for cash, charge or credit cards.

Where full serve and self serve alternates at different times of the day, pricing can be set to accomodate each mode of operation.

Private label cards

Charge/fleet cards can be made an issued to preferred customers.

Prepay and Preset

The prepay option is accessed at the console.  The preset option is accessed via keypad at the pump.  Both, volume and amount can be preset. Prepay and preset options are complimented with a slow flow solenoid valve.

Data retention

Data is retained for 10 years.

Pulser

Features include time-out with no flow, pulser disconnect, and quadrature output for error detection.

Flexibility in operation

Your site can be unmanned 24 hours per day with P.C. Technologies integrated POS sytems.

Accountability

The series 502 pump head integrated to the POS systems provides for safeguards against pilfering during non-regular hours of service.  The system also reduces the number of errors resulting from manual data input.

System obsolescence

The 502 pump head system is designed to virtually eliminate obsolescence. The POS/credit card system can be transferred for use with upgraded or new pumps.

Diagnostics

A stand alone system uses diagnostic lights (LED’s) and message displays.

A system integrated with a console uses the console display to view all diagnostic messages in English.
