Simplicity is the key to the evolution of the PH-520 series electronics. A single board supports all the functions that modern dispensers offer without the complexity associated in the competition’s solution. With only four major components shown in the picture at right it is the simplest solution possible.

Motherboard supports:-

• Leak detection circuitry is on board.

• Magnetic card reader is supported via RS232.

• Receipt printer via RS232.

• RS232 port for any protocol.

• Electronic calibration of flow meter.

• Preset on either volume or amount. Selected via keyboard functions.

• Provides ATC (automatic temperature compensation) for both viscosity and volume. In built on the mother board simply add ATC probe.

• External pulse for penny or liter point take-off. Selectable via keyboard.

• Multi-level pricing for cash, charge or credit card customers. Depending on the console being used.

• Power smart electronics shrink circuits to a maximum of two PCB’s for low parts count.

• LCD Boards feature 1” six digit displays for volume and amount.

• Proprietary Wireless Communication option allows the pumps to be controlled wirelessly with 203M Consoles eliminating the need for control panels or site wiring for pump control.

• Motors and solenoids are fired with solid state relays at zero cross eliminating any EMI or electrical noise possible on the pumps.
